 The
user-friendly Age of Majority booklet is available
to high schools, post-secondary education institutions,
law enforcement agencies, health professionals, members
of the judiciary and libraries, and other interested
organizations.
Young adults
can learn about their legal rights and responsibilities
from this educational booklet. Various topics are covered
including but not limited to: contracts, crime victims,
health and human services, immigration, insurance and
tax responsibilities.
A complimentary
copy of the booklet is given to high school seniors
state wide. Distribution of this very helpful publication
is being examined by the Foundation with the aim of
reaching more members of the general public.
