Welcome to the 2010 - 2011 Nebraska High School Mock Trial Competition. In this year's criminal case, Alex Toakliss, a senior at Goldenrod University, finds him/herself charged with manslaughter after an annual ritual at a Halloween party goes tragically wrong.

Each year, a group of Nebraska attorneys research and author an original case. The 2010 Case Committee was chaired by Lincoln attorney Thomas E. Keefe and Omaha attorney Michael D. Gooch.
