Each year, a group of Nebraska attorneys research and author an original case. The 2012 Case Committee was chaired by Tom Keefe of Lincoln. John Jelkin of Lincoln, assisted as vice chair. Other members included Lincoln attorneys Joel Nelson, Kristi Egger-Brown, Stephanie Hupp, and Lory Pasold, in addition to Michael Gooch of Omaha.
