Organization

The Nebraska State Bar Foundation is dedicated to serving the citizens of Nebraska and the legal profession through the administration and funding of innovative and creative programs directed toward the improvement of the administration of justice and the fulfillment of the American vision of equal justice for all.

Law-Related Education

Law-Related Education (LRE) seeks to help young people become citizens who contribute positively to their communities. LRE supports the rule of law so youth and young adults may gain the necessary knowledge and skills to be actively engaged in their communities. The theme for 2018-19 is "Championing Civility."

Volunteers

Volunteers are the backbone of the programs sponsored by the Nebraska State Bar Foundation and its State Center for Law-Related Education. Each year, more than 500 lawyers, judges and other legal professionals give of their time, talent and energy to make LRE programs possible. Volunteers make our programs succeed.
